  • Exchange will only be approved upon inspection and permission.
  • All Normal Price Items returns request will only be accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • Kindly return all damaged/defective items together with the original packing, original tags & invoices.
  • All Promotional/ Discounted items & items sold during SALE events are not eligible for return & exchanges.
  • All return items must be unworn, unwashed, and complete with all originals tags & original packaging if applicable.
